At Suburban Ski and Bike, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Whether you are swapping a helmet size or returning a jersey, our goal is to get you back on the trails or slopes as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place your unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective components are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or visit our retail storefront for an immediate in-person drop-off.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
