How It Works

The ultra-thin heating elements adhere directly to your insoles and plug into the C-Pack batteries. Once installed, you can control the heat manually using the power button or adjust it remotely through the Therm-ic Heat Control app. Ideal for ski boots, hiking footwear, or everyday shoes.

Note: Batteries must be attached to the shoe or boot.

Installation Instructions

1. Place the heating element at the front of your insole and mark the black cross.

2. Cut the insole at the mark to route the cable underneath.

3. Secure the cable using the included adhesive strip.

4. Apply the Cambrelle top cover and trim to your insole shape.

Bluetooth® Pairing Instructions

1. Fully charge both batteries before pairing.

2. Ensure your phone has an internet connection.

3. Install the Therm-ic Heat Control app and open the Connect Your Device page (red + symbol).

4. Hold the power button on both batteries simultaneously — LEDs flash slowly, then turn solid.

5. Release the buttons when LEDs turn solid — they will then flash rapidly (discovery mode).

6. Tap the red + in the app and select Add for each battery.

7. Complete setup to access heat controls.

Pro Tip:
Set the left slider to 10 and the right to 1. The solid-LED battery goes on the left foot; the slow-blinking battery goes on the right.

Important: Pair through the app only — not your phone’s Bluetooth settings.

Battery Storage & Maintenance

• Store in a cool, dry environment (68–77°F / 20–25°C ideal).

• Avoid storing fully charged or fully depleted — keep between 20–80%.

• Charge to ~50% for long-term storage.

• Recharge every 3 months to prevent deep discharge.

• Keep away from heat sources and flammable materials.

• If the battery is fully dead, perform two full charge/discharge cycles to recalibrate.
